Surplus in States Surplus in ISGS LF Details RF Details

Unrequisitioned Surpluses:

     Unrequisitioned surpluses are the surpluses available due to the total requisitions being lower than the total entitlement in some of the ISGSs. For getting the unrequisitioned surpluses scheduled :

Priority 1:
     The owner state(s) may find out a suitable buyer(s) or vice versa and both may intimate agreed bilateral exchanges to NRLDC for incorporation in the schedules.
 
Priority 2:
     The surplus ISGS(s) may find out a suitable buyer(s) or vice versa and both the agencies may intimate the agreed bilateral exchange to NRLDC for incorporation in the schedules.
