The data of schedules and allocations are available for REA in MS Excel format. There are two files for each Month REA have been prepared based on these schedule and allocations.

yy: - two digit year
mmm: - month like Apr, May etc

  1. MonAllocmmm-yy.xls:- This file contains date wise final allocation. For each generator there is a separate sheet.
  2. MonTschdlmmm-yy.xls:- This file contains date wise final schedule. For each generator there is a separate sheet.

The complete data of UI calculation are available for the last 4 weeks. There are four files for each day.

dd: - two digit date
mm: - two digit month

  1. UIDrUddmm.xls:- this file contains the data of 96 blocks for the drawing utilities. For each drawee utilities there is a separate sheet .This file contains block wise implemented schedule, frequency code, actual data derived from SEM meters, UI charges, Schedule-adjustment and the reasons thereof, the final schedule and UI charges Block wise and the UI Cap benefit.
  2. UIgenddmm.xls:- This is similar file for the generating utilities. For each generating stations there is a separate sheet. All the details are similar to the above file.
  3. UIIRddmm.xls:- This file contains the data of 96 blocks for the inter regional exchanges. This file contains block wise implemented schedule, actual data derived from SEM meters and UI charges.
  4. UIsumddmm.xls:- This file contains the summary of the UI exchanges for the whole day.
